International students enrolled in our university's preparatory or first-year programs who have no disciplinary action, hold a valid residence permit/period, and meet the required success rate will be accepted for program change applications (August 25-29, 2025). The requirements for applying for preparatory programs are as follows:

* English/Arabic preparatory students: No failing grades due to absenteeism (DZ).

* First-year students: Passing at least 75% of all courses on the transcript, according to the success rating specified in the Kütahya Dumlupınar University Associate and Undergraduate Education Regulations, or transferring to the first year in 2025.

* TÖMER students: No failing grades due to absenteeism (DZ) and having achieved at least a B1 level of Turkish language proficiency.

Applications from candidates who do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
